My name is Sebastian and I've started Toujours Actif. 

The reason I started Toujours Actif is simple. I wanted a brand and a community where the focus was different from what I personally believe has traditionally been the case in the running industry.

Toujours Actif is created for the everyday man who runs a couple of times a week to stay in shape. For us, it’s not about running a sub-1:30 half marathon or finishing a marathon in under 3 hours and 30 minutes. It’s about the community and the joy of gathering around running.

With us, this isn’t just a philosophy — it’s a cornerstone of our DNA and a red thread running through our entire value chain.

Our clothing isn’t designed with a performance-first mindset to be the most aerodynamic, tight-fitting, or ultra-lightweight. Instead, we focus on a carefully considered balance between everyday comfort, aesthetics, and functionality.

More Importantly, we host weekly events where we don’t just meet up for a run, but more importantly, to hang out afterwards. It’s all about meeting new people and building connections over a beer, a gin & tonic, pizza, snacks, or whatever else brings people together. The social aspect is just as important — if not more — than the run itself.
